FEASIBILITY OF THE PROJECT PROPOSAL
This excellent team appears to have the background experience and resources to be highly successful with this project. Given their experience in fieldwork and phytoplankton culturing, and the plan laid out for changing environmental variables while monitoring transcript expression, this work seems likely to succeed.
